ODEN Multi-Purpose Presses
Quality-assured products right off the shelf
The ODEN program is based on a number of standardized modules that can be combined in a very large number of different press configurations. Standardization means that the modules have been quality assured and that they provide shorter lead times from order to installation, in addition to simplifying service and maintenance. All of the frames are based on the FEA stress analysis to verify the design and ensure long lifetime.
Three basic designs
ODEN presses are available in three basic designs: ODEN-Welded Plate, ODEN-Flexible and ODEN Flexible Tie-rod. ODEN-WP is a cost-efficient “two-column press” that is a successful choice when less tonnage is required. ODEN-F is a four-column press that offers a high degree of automation and that allows utilization in many different configurations. ODEN-FT is primarily used for greater tonnage and larger press beds. All of the press models are available with manual or automatic operation.
ODEN-WP
ODEN-WP is a hydraulic multi-purpose press for drawing, punching and embossing. The frame is made of steel and is welded into one piece (WP = Welded Plate). This model offers many options such as cushion, third cylinder, light curtain and/or shock absorber. Press force range up to 3150 kN and press bed size up to 1600x1300 mm as standard.
ODEN-F
ODEN-F is a flexible hydraulic four-column press that is available in many different configurations. This press offers many possibilities in terms of all of our options and flexible tool changes, automation and gap/stroke configurations, for example. Press force range up to 10000 kN and press bed size up to 2500x1900 mm as standard.
ODEN-FT
The ODEN-FT hydraulic press is for press operations with higher tonnage and larger press beds. It is excellently suited to press hardening, drawing, embossing, punching, etc. The press offers many possibilities in terms of all of our options and flexible tool changes, automation and gap/stroke configurations, for example. A moving press bed is also available for this press model as a tool changing function. The press’ frame modules are assembled with pre-stressed tie rods, which is beneficial during shipping. Press force range up to 50000 kN and press bed size up to 5000x2500 mm as standard.
