We offer automation for both existing mechanical press lines and new servo press lines. Our solutions are adapted for Class A parts and can be customized based on output, materials (steel, aluminum, tailor-welded, etc.) and other specific needs.
Our system for line control allows us to take complete responsibility for communication, safety and monitoring of the entire line including automation, presses, washing, lubricator, end-of line and safety systems.
AP&T and Norgren: Turnkey system for efficient blank feeding
Together with Norgren, AP&T has developed a turnkey system for quick handling and feeding of different blank formats, entirely without time-consuming gripper changes. A solution that may save time, space and money for many customers, not least in the automotive industry. The system includes AP&T's Destacker, control system and user interface and Norgren’s Transforming Tooling gripper system.

Volvo Cars in Olofström, Sweden uses a fully automatic, high speed solution for destacking aluminum and steel blanks for car body panels. The process includes secure and reliable separation of aluminum blanks, which is normally a very challenging task. After five years of operation, the equipment’s average uptime is 98%.
